Andrew Jelmert, has been a realtor for more than twenty five years. His background as a college professor in the investment field and later as a financial consultant to business and individuals has enabled our clientele to make wise financial choices regarding their real estate and estate planning. He recently served as Director of Training for the local Coldwell Banker office.
Michael Locke brings a strong background in sales and marketing to the group. He was Los Angeles county rep for the Ingersoll Rand Company for 23 years and was recipient of the Joe Wiendl Award for Lifetime Achievement and Saleman of the Year seven times. Donna Jean Locke formerly owned Titus Real Estate and was involved in commercial real estate in the mid eighties.
The Team is actively involved in the local community. Michael served until recently as Governing Board Member and Vice Chair of the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council. He is Founder of the Silver Lake Beautification Committee. Michael is Editor of a popular neighborhood website, "The Silver Lake News" and Silver Lake Correspondent for the "Los Feliz Ledger". Michael is also an Honorary Lifetime Member of the
Silver Lake Improvement Association and a long-time member of the Silver Lake Chamber of Commerce. In 2006, Michael also served on the Home Tour Committee of the Committee to Save Silver Lake's Reservoirs (CSSLR).
In 2007, Andrew and Michael achieved the distinction of being recognized at "Architectural Specialists" by the Architectural Division of Coldwell Banker. The pair qualified for the honor by, in part, representing the sale of ten architecturally-designated properties in a five year period, double the requirement for the distinction.
